Terms of use
The basis on which we publish level5diploma.org. In short: we are an independent agent, not the education provider; the qualification data is reproduced in good faith from the awarding bodies; the commentary is our opinion; nothing here is an offer of a place; and any contract for a course is between you and London School of Planning and Management on LSPM's terms, not ours.
1. Who operates this site
The operator of level5diploma.org is LearnLoom Consultants, whose office is at Hong Kong, Hong Kong SAR. We act as independent recruitment agent to London School of Planning and Management (LSPM) under a written agency agreement; LSPM pays us a fee when a learner we introduce enrols. The person responsible for this site is Education adviser, LearnLoom Consultants. Using the site means you accept these terms.
2. We are not the provider
LSPM is the OTHM and Qualifi approved centre that delivers, assesses and arranges certification of every programme on this site. We do not teach, assess, admit, register learners with an awarding body, certify, or set fees. Where this site describes LSPM's process, it does so as a matter of information based on our experience of advising applicants; LSPM's own statements take precedence. Any contract for tuition is made between you and LSPM on LSPM's terms when you enrol, is governed by whatever law LSPM's terms specify (LSPM is in England), and fees are paid to LSPM. These terms cover only your use of this website and our free advice service.
3. Qualification data
Programme facts (title, Ofqual number, credits, hours, units, entry criteria) are reproduced from the awarding bodies' published specifications and the Ofqual register as they stood when the data file was last generated. Awarding bodies may revise specifications, withdraw qualifications or correct errors at any time. We re-check each term and correct on notice, but the specification and the register are the authoritative sources and override anything shown here.
4. Commentary and comparisons
Sector notes, programme commentary, guides and the compare tool present our own analysis and opinion. They are intended to help you choose and are not advice on which any admissions decision, employer decision or visa application should rely. Statements about progression describe possibilities, not entitlements; universities and employers decide for themselves.
5. No offer of a place
Nothing on this site is an offer to enrol you, from us or from LSPM. An enquiry is a request for information. Offers are made only by LSPM, in writing, after its own eligibility checks.
6. Fees, dates and durations
These are set by LSPM. Where the site shows "to be confirmed", no figure has been provided and none should be inferred. Published figures apply to the intake stated and may change for later intakes. Our fee from LSPM is not added to what you pay.
7. Intellectual property
The design, prose and code of this site belong to LearnLoom Consultants. Qualification titles and specifications belong to OTHM and Qualifi and are reproduced as factual data with attribution; LSPM's name and marks belong to LSPM. You may quote short extracts with a link to the source page; you may not reproduce the commentary or data tables commercially without permission.
8. Links
Links to LSPM's website and application page are commercial links (marked rel="sponsored") because of the fee arrangement described above. Links to the awarding bodies, the Ofqual register and, on one page, a sibling site we publish for another qualification level are provided for reference. We are not responsible for the content of external sites.
9. Liability
We take reasonable care to keep the site accurate and available but cannot guarantee either. To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on the site's content, from interruption of the service, or from third-party sites, including LSPM's. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Acceptable use
Do not probe, scrape at volume, or interfere with the site or its enquiry form. Automated submissions are discarded.
11. Law and consumer protection
We are a Hong Kong business and these website terms are governed by the law of Hong Kong. Because the site is addressed to learners in the United Kingdom, nothing in this clause takes away protections you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, including, for UK residents, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, and you may bring a claim in your local courts. Our marketing of LSPM's programmes to UK learners also follows the UK Advertising Codes and the awarding bodies' centre and agent conditions. Your course contract is separate and is governed by LSPM's terms (clause 2).
