Privacy notice
This notice covers level5diploma.org only. The data controller for anything you enter here is LearnLoom Consultants, an independent recruitment agent for London School of Planning and Management. We process enquiry data in Hong Kong. If you ask to proceed with an application, your details are passed to LSPM in London, which then acts as a separate controller under its own notice. The rest of this page says what is collected, why, who sees it, where, and for how long.

We do not take payments on this site, do not buy or sell lists, and do not add enquirers to a marketing list. Applications themselves are made on LSPM's website under LSPM's own notice and terms.
Who receives your data, and where it goes
Us, in Hong Kong. Enquiries are read and answered by Education adviser, LearnLoom Consultants and the advisers at LearnLoom Consultants, Hong Kong, Hong Kong SAR. If the enquiry sink is configured for email, the message passes through our email provider.
An international transfer, if you are in the UK or the EU. Because we are outside the UK and the European Economic Area, sending us the enquiry form moves your data to Hong Kong, which has no UK or EU adequacy decision. We rely on your request as the basis for that transfer: you are asking us, knowingly, for advice from a business you can see is in Hong Kong, and the transfer is necessary to answer you. As safeguards we hold only what the form asks for, keep it for the period in the table, restrict access to the people who answer enquiries, store it on encrypted infrastructure, and apply the UK GDPR standards on this page to it regardless of where it sits. You may ask us at any time to delete it.
LSPM in London, if you ask to proceed. London School of Planning and Management, Office 7, 35-37 Ludgate Hill, London EC4M 7JN, United Kingdom, receives your name, contact details, chosen programme and the substance of your enquiry so that its admissions team can contact you about applying. LSPM is a separate data controller for that data and processes it for admissions under its own privacy notice, which you should read on lspm.org.uk. LSPM pays us a referral fee if you enrol; the fee is between LSPM and us and does not change what you pay.
Nobody else. Nothing goes to OTHM or Qualifi until LSPM registers you, and that is LSPM's processing, not ours. Our hosting and email providers process data on our instructions under contract; we do not sell or share it with anyone else.
Analytics: one cookie, only if you say yes
The site can run Google Analytics 4. It is off until you press "Allow analytics" in the banner; pressing "No thanks" stores your refusal in your browser and nothing loads. If you allow it, Google sets cookies that identify your browser (not you) and records page views, the filters and compare selections you use, and rough location from a truncated IP address. Cross-domain measurement links this site with LSPM's application page so that an enquiry and a later application can be counted as one journey. Change your mind by clearing site data in your browser, which brings the banner back.
Live chat. When live chat is enabled on this site, a chat widget supplied by London School of Planning and Management (LSPM), the approved centre, is loaded from its provider (webchat.saaclabs.com) on every page. The widget stores a session identifier in your browser's local storage and sends the address of the page you are on and the referring page to that provider so that a conversation can be continued across pages. Anything you type in the chat goes to LSPM's admissions team, not to us, and is handled under LSPM's own privacy notice.
Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw a consent you gave. If you are in the UK you have those rights under UK GDPR and can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office; in the EU, under the GDPR to your national supervisory authority; in Hong Kong, under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance to the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data. contact us via Enquiry form or to LearnLoom Consultants, Hong Kong, Hong Kong SAR, Hong Kong SAR. We answer within one month. For data LSPM holds after a referral, exercise the same rights with LSPM.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS with a strict content security policy. Enquiry data is stored on infrastructure we control with access limited to the people who answer enquiries. Bot submissions are filtered by a hidden field and a timing check that involve no personal data.

Reviewed each term with the rest of the site; the label at the top is the date of the current version.
