Level 5 diplomas in Psychology
Four programmes, a Diploma and an Extended Diploma from each awarding body. They are academic psychology qualifications at second-year-of-degree level. They are not accredited by the British Psychological Society and do not by themselves lead to chartered status; the realistic progression is a Level 6 psychology diploma or a final-year top-up, after which professional routes open up. Entry for these programmes is broader than most of the site, with Level 3 accepted for several of them.
